Because our workshops, classes, and special events have very limited spots (and we prep materials for every single booking), we’ve had to tighten up our approach to cancellations and no-shows.

If you can’t make your booking:

Please email, text, or call us as soon as you can. We totally understand that life happens — especially with kids, work, and the unexpected.

Rebooking:

If you reach out ahead of time, we’re always happy to rebook you into another session (subject to availability).

No-shows:

If you don’t attend your booking and don’t let us know, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund as materials and staff time are still allocated to your seat.

Refunds:

For cancellations due to personal reasons, we can offer a 50% refund, or you’re welcome to rebook instead.
