You’ll learn how to use spackling “icing,” piping tools, and decorative elements like pearls, charms, ribbons, and fake cherries to create the perfect sugary-looking centrepiece.

These cakes look good enough to eat, but they’re for display only, ideal for gifts, home decor, or adding a touch of playful glamour to any shelf.
